So, I have decided it is time to eat better & maybe lose a little of the baby weight.
Shhh . . . no one can mention that the baby is 3.5 years old.
A few months ago I started watching what I ate a little better - I just need to eat healthier. Iwas doing good at inly 1 coke a day, etc. BUT, June was a little crazy & I did not even think about what I was eating - I just LOVE to snack & so I did.
However, tonight a dress was WAY TOO TIGHT!
So I went & got me 1 last "splurge meal" (i.e. too many calories) & tomorrow it is back to being better.
Weather permitting I will also start walking tomorrow morning.
I would love to drop about 15 - 20 lbs.
We will see what happens - I guess I put this out there as to make myself more aware.

Eat healthy, but if you lose 20 pounds you won't be visible to the human eye. :)
